Your safety and that of our employees is our top priority. That is why, upon the COVID-19 outbreak, we created a team dedicated to monitoring the virus’s spread and adapting our operations accordingly.
We have since implemented a series of preventive measures in our clinics, in accordance with recommendations from Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
In addition to our rigorous maintenance and cleaning process, the CDC protocol is scrupulously being applied to our clinics as a whole, including treatment rooms, TMS chairs and all common areas.

Our Patients – 4 Things You Need To Know
As mentioned above, we are still administering TMS treatments for our existing patients.
Before leaving home, here are 4 things to consider.
We usually encourage you to bring family or friends to your treatments.
Given the current recommendations, try not to bring anyone with you to your treatments. This will minimize the possible spread of COVID-19.
If a patient appears sick, our clinic staff will ask necessary questions to determine if there is any risk of Coronavirus and act accordingly.
Coronaviruses are known to be eliminated by routine surface cleaning and sanitization.
Success TMS uses cleaning products, including hospital‑grade disinfectants which have a wide-spectrum microbial activity and are proven effective against human coronavirus.
We suggest to practice social distancing by avoiding common areas pre and post treatment, such as waiting rooms and reception areas.
As such, feel free to wait in the comfort of your vehicle. Simply advise our staff beforehand so they can accommodate.
To promote a more hygienic in-clinic experience, we have placed hand sanitizers in key areas of the clinic. We also constantly remind patients about the importance of hand washing.
