I have also found that my patients have been able to acquire a higher level of well-being, optimism, and an upgrade in achieving overall happiness. I have seen firsthand the power that this treatment has and what good it has done to my patients. I am excited to meet new people and change their lives!

Rachel Annunziata is a Certified TMS Treater with Success TMS at the Sewell location.
Rachel recently graduated with her BA in Psychology from Stockton University in 2019. Rachel continues her academic journey in her current MS in Clinical and Counseling Psychology program at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia with a focus on trauma studies. She also holds an AS degree in Addiction Studies and has completed the academic requirements for the CADC and has completed the required supervised clinical hours as well.
Rachel has prior experience in the drug and alcohol field, in which she held positions as a recovery support specialist, admissions coordinator, and intake coordinator. She then worked as a CADC intern where she provided individual and group counseling at a non-profit IOP for Drug Court mandated clients. Rachel strongly believes that her own experiences of adversity provides her with a deep sense of empathy for those who are struggling with mental health in any capacity. Rachel strives to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible as the sessions might be the only time in which the patient is able to truly express themselves honestly, openly, and authentically. Rachel prides herself in being a non-judgmental and sincere part of the patient’s support system throughout treatment.
Self-care is very important to Rachel, especially when working in the mental health field. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her wife and fur babies, playing guitar, and binge-watching Netflix shows.

My passion since I was a little girl has always been people and the art of communicating with them. I consider myself an empath, which has helped me view the world from different perspectives. I have also grown to understand that every individual person should be looked at as a whole from the inside out, not just in physical parts or solely treating symptoms. I strive for that mind, body, and soul connection with all our patients.
I believe our jobs are the way we choose to show love in the world, and being able to express that here at Success TMS is something I’ll always be grateful for. When I’m not at work I’m outdoors with my husband, reading, cooking delicious food, or upside down doing yoga somewhere fun!

Erin Schounard became a clinically certified NeuroStar® TMS Specialist in September of 2019. Erin received a degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May of 2019.Through her undergraduate education, Erin developed her counseling skills and gained understanding of human relationships across the lifespan. With experience working in different social service settings, Erin developed a passion for inspiring positive change in individuals around her.
Erin sees great value in her work as a TMS treater. The opportunity to see people grow and improve daily is an experience that she cherishes. One of Erin’s favorite aspects of treating is having the chance to hear people’s stories. Erin believes it is a unique benefit of TMS to have a medical provider that will truly get to know their patient and be on the journey with them throughout the 36 treatments. Erin feels success in her work when a patient’s time in the chair flies by because the conversation is so lively. In Erin’s time as a treater, she has felt fortunate to be a part of people’s path to happy and healthy living.
Erin’s advice to individuals considering TMS is to listen to the testimonials of those that have been through the treatment. Although people may walk into the beginning of treatment hopeless, skeptical, or nervous, seeing the results in others is a great source of hope.

Hi! I’m Christine, your Clinical Care Coordinator for the Millburn, New Jersey location.
I have such a strong passion for helping and making others smile. One small gesture can go a long way!
I graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I never knew exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted a career that would make a difference in another person’s life.
Prior to working at Success TMS, I worked at an inpatient psychiatric hospital.
Working in the mental health field is so rewarding, especially when I get to see patients grow and get better.
Hey there! My name is Kaysha.
Though I have been working in a clinical environment in a number of fields since my high school years, I want to share with you how important it is that I feel that I have finally found my calling in life as a TMS Care Coordinator.
I have always felt like I had an empathic soul; to feel the pain of others around me is something that could not be helped throughout my whole life. This first-hand empathy molded me into a person whose one goal is to help others in any way that I can. I don’t think there is a single person who is not affected by depression and/or anxiety, be it first hand or witnessing the suffering of someone you care for.
Thus, to me, taking care of mental health is of equal importance as physical health. As a care coordinator, I feel I’ve finally put my passion for helping others to use in precisely the way I was always meant to.

Katherine graduated from West Chester University in 2012 with her degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a minor in French. In 2013, she volunteered at a non-profit, after school arts enrichment program for 2nd-4th grade girls in an underserved community where she went on to become Executive Director in 2014.
While in this position, Katherine provided a safe atmosphere for the young girls to learn, explore, create and achieve their full potential by exposing them to the arts (cooking, drama, language, etc.) that the schools were missing from their curriculum. She also helped the parents that were struggling with mental illness and/or substance abuse, find and use local resources to get the help they needed. Aside from the day-to-day operations, Katherine acted as grant writer and did the fundraising/events for the organization.
Katherine wanted to work at Success TMS because she has a true, genuine passion for helping others and was particularly interested in a non-medication alternative. Having successfully completed TMS, she can confidently say it’s a life changer and you won’t regret it!
In addition, Katherine enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and family.

Hi, my name is Chad Gardner, TMS Coordinator and certified TMS treater at our Palm Beach Gardens and Fort Lauderdale Locations.
If I am not working you can probably find me traveling, caring for my 3 dogs or spending time with loved ones!
I spent many years in the service industry where I found my love for all people and hearing their stories.
I believe that our mental health is equally as important as our physical health and it is my goal to change the stigma that surrounds mental health, which I believe we are doing here at Success TMS.
