I have worked in geriatric psychiatry for 20 years and have just completed a book about the experience.
I felt the need to help families decide when to allow someone with dementia to pass. The book is called “Honey I shrunk grandma, a psychiatrist’s guide to nursing homes , dementia and end of life “. I hope it helps families make hard decisions.
I am now exploring the addictions field and have just passed my addiction medicine boards. I have greatly enjoyed working to help save lives from this terrible epidemic.

I am so excited to be working at Success TMS as a TMS Treater, and especially having the opportunity to bring a positive impact on people’s mental health.
Ingrid was born in Cali, Colombia and was raised in South Florida. She attended The Glory of God Christian High school. After High School she enrolled in Heritage Institute of Fort Myers, Florida where she received an Occupational Associate of Science Degree in X-Ray Medical Technician. Ingrid raised two young girls all by herself while at the same time doing her graduate studies. She went to work for Publix while she finished her studies. She worked for Publix for a period of 6 years. Ingrid was always fascinated with the medical field and helping others. Her life took a turn and she had to move to Orlando, Florida where she went to work for an attorney’s firm for a period of 4 years.
Finally, after that, she had the opportunity to work in the healthcare field and she did not hesitate. She has been planning this for quite a long time. She began her healthcare career at a chiropractor’s office in Hollywood, Florida, where she got to work one on one with patients. There was nothing like it, she loves her job, but she wanted to get more involved in treating patients with more complex problems. She got her opportunity with Success TMS and became a NeuroStar TMS Specialist. Ingrid has been a TMS Specialist for only a year, but to her there is nothing like it. She enjoys talking to our patients and learning about their problems at the same time helping them fight depression, anxiety and other problems. She claims there is no better feeling than knowing you are saving lives every day.

Hey there! My name is Kaysha.
Though I have been working in a clinical environment in a number of fields since my high school years, I want to share with you how important it is that I feel that I have finally found my calling in life as a TMS Care Coordinator.
I have always felt like I had an empathic soul; to feel the pain of others around me is something that could not be helped throughout my whole life. This first-hand empathy molded me into a person whose one goal is to help others in any way that I can. I don’t think there is a single person who is not affected by depression and/or anxiety, be it first hand or witnessing the suffering of someone you care for.
Thus, to me, taking care of mental health is of equal importance as physical health. As a care coordinator, I feel I’ve finally put my passion for helping others to use in precisely the way I was always meant to.

In her free time, you may find Kim relaxing on the beach with a good book, enjoying outdoor activities or spending time with her three boys. Kim’s goal is to make a positive impact on each and every patient. She strives to provide a healthy and healing environment at each office location.
My name is Kylie and I am a certified TMS treater with Success TMS in Fort Lauderdale.
I grew up as a competitive Irish step dancer and had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and internationally all the way through my sophomore year of college.
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in biological sciences and worked at the library on campus while attending as a full-time student.
When I'm not working, I'm usually watching football or spending time with my dogs. I've seen TMS improve so many lives, and I feel very fortunate to work in an environment where I can witness those results firsthand.
I am a very loving and excited individual who comes to work on a daily basis with one goal, to help others. Working with TMS has taught me so much about people who struggle with mental health issues and has helped me to become more aware of its severity. My ultimate goals are: to make as many of my patients enjoy their treatment, to make them feel as comfortable as possible, but mainly to show them there can be a light at the end of their dark tunnel.
“There is hope, even when your brain tell you there isn’t” John Green

Maksymilian emigrated from Poland in 2005 to join the other members of his family, who resided in Chicago. He joined HPR Treatment Centers because he believes TMS is a revolutionary technology and changes people’s lives when everything else fails. What he loves most about being a Clinical Specialist is seeing people smile when they start noticing beneficial changes to their mood.
His best advice for anyone considering TMS therapy is to be patient and trust the process.
Maksymilian's biggest passions are cars and motorcycles, and he believes that the key to staying mentally and physically healthy is to eat a nutritious diet and workout daily before work. In his free time during the winters, he spends countless hours playing video games. In the summer, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and getting lost on purpose.
