· Paid Time Off. Twenty-four (24) days total paid time off per year: ten (10) days paid vacation time, five (5) days paid sick time, three (3) days mental health time, and six (6) paid holidays per year.
· Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits, Ancillary Benefits, FSA. The company pays the full cost of employee medical insurance premiums and 50% of the cost of dependents. The company also offers vision, dental, and ancillary benefits at great premium rates. Employees are offered enrollment in company FSA plan during insurance enrollment. Eligibility begins the first of the month after sixty (60) days of employment.
· 401k with a Match. The company matches employee contributions 100% up to 3%, then 50% up to 5%, for a total match of 4% of total compensation for the year. Eligibility begins the first of the month after six (6) months of employment.
· Malpractice Insurance. Nurse Practitioners may choose to be added to the Employer’s professional liability insurance policy at the Employer’s cost. If the Employee chooses to purchase the Employee’s own malpractice policy, the Employee will secure a policy that complies with all requirements of the Employer and the Employer will reimburse the Employee for fifty percent (50%) of the premium cost in arrears on a quarterly basis.
· CME’s. We cover the cost of TMS-related CME’s.
