I am a very loving and excited individual who comes to work on a daily basis with one goal, to help others. Working with TMS has taught me so much about people who struggle with mental health issues and has helped me to become more aware of its severity. My ultimate goals are: to make as many of my patients enjoy their treatment, to make them feel as comfortable as possible, but mainly to show them there can be a light at the end of their dark tunnel.

Lance became clinically certified as a Neurostar TMS treater in 2019. Lance has more than 10 years working with in the mental health field. Having worked at all levels of mental health depression was the most common diagnosis that Lance encountered while working with patients in Oconomowoc, WI. Seeing patients come in so helpless and hopeless, talking about the medications that they have tried with little to no relief of their depressive symptoms and wishing there was another option. Lance is excited to join the Success TMS team to help patients deal with their depression so they can get back to living their lives the way they want to.
Erin Schounard became a clinically certified NeuroStar® TMS Specialist in September of 2019. Erin received a degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May of 2019.Through her undergraduate education, Erin developed her counseling skills and gained understanding of human relationships across the lifespan. With experience working in different social service settings, Erin developed a passion for inspiring positive change in individuals around her.
Erin sees great value in her work as a TMS treater. The opportunity to see people grow and improve daily is an experience that she cherishes. One of Erin’s favorite aspects of treating is having the chance to hear people’s stories. Erin believes it is a unique benefit of TMS to have a medical provider that will truly get to know their patient and be on the journey with them throughout the 36 treatments. Erin feels success in her work when a patient’s time in the chair flies by because the conversation is so lively. In Erin’s time as a treater, she has felt fortunate to be a part of people’s path to happy and healthy living.
Erin’s advice to individuals considering TMS is to listen to the testimonials of those that have been through the treatment. Although people may walk into the beginning of treatment hopeless, skeptical, or nervous, seeing the results in others is a great source of hope.
Stacy Heller, TMS Coordinator at Success TMS, has been certified to administer Neurostar TMS treatments since 2017. Stacy started in the healthcare field in high school, getting certified as a Nursing Assistant, working in a skilled nursing facility. She then worked as a Certified Medication Assistant in skilled nursing facilities for 16 years after getting certified through WCTC in 2001. Stacy also attended school at MATC, Alverno and Herzing University.
TMS is fascinating to me because it is a non-invasive and medication-free depression treatment with no side effects. I love working with people and seeing their progress throughout treatment, if I can get someone to smile and forget about being depressed for 17 minutes a day, that is a big accomplishment to me. The most rewarding part of my job is to be there when someone finally sees the sunshine after they have been in the rain for so long.
For anyone considering TMS as a treatment I would tell them to try it, they have nothing to lose and so much to gain. I have seen so many positive results in the time I has been working with TMS and am excited to see many more.

Ingrid Moreno was born in Cali, Colombia and was raised in South Florida. She attended The Glory of God Christian High school. After High School she enrolled in Heritage Institute of Fort Myers, Florida where she received an Occupational Associate of Science Degree in X-Ray Medical Technician. Her life took a turn and she had to move to Orlando, Florida where she went to work for anattorney’s firm for a period of 4 years.
Finally, after that, she had the opportunity to work in the healthcare field and she did not hesitate. She has been planning this for quite a long time. She began her healthcare career at a chiropractor’s office in Hollywood, Florida, where she got to work one on one with patients. There was nothing like it, she loves her job, but she wanted to get more involved in treating patients with more complex problems. She got her opportunity with Success TMS and became a NeuroStar TMS Specialist. Ingrid has been a TMS Specialist for only a year, but to her there is nothing like it. Rhonda was born and raised in a small Iowa town of 35,000 people. The summer before her senior year of high school, her dad changed careers, taking her and her family to Colorado Springs. As traumatic as that could have been, it was the best thing that ever happened to Rhonda. She had experiences in a "big town" that she would not have had otherwise. She learned how to downhill ski and ran away to Vail every weekend, honing her newfound love.
Today, Rhonda is a mother of three and a grandmother of four of the sweetest faces she could have hoped for. She enjoys spending her time with her family and exploring the world around her. She likes hiking, listening to all types of music, and watching movies.
Rhonda has been in the medical field for about 10 years. She began her career in neurology and worked her way up to office manager for the same physician for eight years. While it was exciting, she felt a higher calling and found HPR Treatment Centers nearly a year ago. Rhonda heard the Henderson office was expanding, and she couldn't update her resume fast enough! Soon after starting as a Clinical Specialist, she knew this would be the most rewarding career of her life.
The stories her patients have discussed with her are familiar, and not too far removed from the life she's experienced. Rhonda's mother lived through her own bout of major depressive disorder. She was admitted into a mental health facility soon after giving birth to Rhonda, and she stayed in the inpatient facility for the first six weeks of Rhonda's life. Thankfully, she fought back and is today a healthy and happy 76-year-old great grandmother. Rhonda often thinks how much her mother could have benefited from TMS treatments, had that been an option back then.
Rhonda always tell her patients, "You never know the story behind the eyes." She has seen people "fake it" [happiness], which she recognizes as an exhausting feat in itself -- life merely existing in black and white and without much color. These are the same people that she sees a few short weeks later, living the lives they used to have and that now include the hobbies they used to enjoy and the families they can now interact and laugh with. It's a whole new world they forgot existed.
Rhonda would encourage anyone who is on the dark side of their own depression to walk into the light of HPR Treatment Centers. See how Rhonda helped professional Motorcycle Racer Chis Cooksey enjoy life again. She and the team will stand side-by-side and be your biggest cheerleader. Simply allow TMS treatments to bring a newfound bright, shining beacon of hope and peace to your own recovery.
Maksymilian emigrated from Poland in 2005 to join the other members of his family, who resided in Chicago. He joined HPR Treatment Centers because he believes TMS is a revolutionary technology and changes people’s lives when everything else fails. What he loves most about being a Clinical Specialist is seeing people smile when they start noticing beneficial changes to their mood.
His best advice for anyone considering TMS therapy is to be patient and trust the process.
Maksymilian's biggest passions are cars and motorcycles, and he believes that the key to staying mentally and physically healthy is to eat a nutritious diet and workout daily before work. In his free time during the winters, he spends countless hours playing video games. In the summer, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and getting lost on purpose.

Katherine graduated from West Chester University in 2012 with her degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and a minor in French. In 2013, she volunteered at a non-profit, after school arts enrichment program for 2nd-4th grade girls in an underserved community where she went on to become Executive Director in 2014.
While in this position, Katherine provided a safe atmosphere for the young girls to learn, explore, create and achieve their full potential by exposing them to the arts (cooking, drama, language, etc.) that the schools were missing from their curriculum. She also helped the parents that were struggling with mental illness and/or substance abuse, find and use local resources to get the help they needed. Aside from the day-to-day operations, Katherine acted as grant writer and did the fundraising/events for the organization.
Katherine wanted to work at Success TMS because she has a true, genuine passion for helping others and was particularly interested in a non-medication alternative. Having successfully completed TMS, she can confidently say it’s a life changer and you won’t regret it!
In addition, Katherine enjoys spending her free time with her daughter and family.

I have worked in geriatric psychiatry for 20 years and have just completed a book about the experience.
I felt the need to help families decide when to allow someone with dementia to pass. The book is called “Honey I shrunk grandma, a psychiatrist’s guide to nursing homes , dementia and end of life “. I hope it helps families make hard decisions.
I am now exploring the addictions field and have just passed my addiction medicine boards. I have greatly enjoyed working to help save lives from this terrible epidemic.
Hi! I’m Christine, your Clinical Care Coordinator for the Millburn, New Jersey location.
I have such a strong passion for helping and making others smile. One small gesture can go a long way!
I graduated from William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I never knew exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted a career that would make a difference in another person’s life.

Anastazja Losiewicz is the TMS Coordinator at Success TMS for Glenview, IL.
Anastazja has been certified in TMS therapy since 2016 and has treated countless patients. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology.
Anastazja understands the importance of communication between the patient and all members of the health care team to assure proper coordination of care. As a TMS Coordinator, her priority is to work with patients on everything that happens from the moment they step in the door for their free consultation, to the moment they start their 1st TMS treatment.
One piece of advice Anastazja has for anyone seeking out TMS therapy, is to have an open mind, patience, and 100% commitment to the treatment. She always tells her patients that “best thing they can do for themselves is to be open to the experience and make sure they don’t skip appointments, positive attitude and repetition [daily treatments] are the key to success with TMS therapy.”
A few fun facts about Anastazja; She is an animal-lover and wishes she could bring her two shih-tzus to work. She loves traveling to new places and believes that the world offers too much to travel to one place more than once (unless you’re visiting family 😉 ). To concentrate on her own mental and physical health, she tries to fit the gym into her busy schedule, spend time with her loved ones, FIND time for things she enjoys, and MAKE time for “me time”, whether it’s an hour a day or a few minutes here and there.
Hey there! My name is Kaysha.
Though I have been working in a clinical environment in a number of fields since my high school years, I want to share with you how important it is that I feel that I have finally found my calling in life as a TMS Care Coordinator.
I have always felt like I had an empathic soul; to feel the pain of others around me is something that could not be helped throughout my whole life. This first-hand empathy molded me into a person whose one goal is to help others in any way that I can. I don’t think there is a single person who is not affected by depression and/or anxiety, be it first hand or witnessing the suffering of someone you care for.
Thus, to me, taking care of mental health is of equal importance as physical health. As a care coordinator, I feel I’ve finally put my passion for helping others to use in precisely the way I was always meant to.
Hey there! My name is Kaysha.

If I am not working you can probably find me traveling, caring for my 3 dogs or spending time with loved ones!
I spent many years in the service industry where I found my love for all people and hearing their stories.
I believe that our mental health is equally as important as our physical health and it is my goal to change the stigma that surrounds mental health, which I believe we are doing here at Success TMS.
